Data Center Climate Control
With an environmentally conscious closed loop system and hundreds of tons of cooling capacity, GSI's data centers consistently exceed the minimum standards for temperature, humidity and air flow. Additionally, GSI uses a "hot aisle/cold aisle" arrangement to maximize cooling effectiveness, and employs extensive monitoring and oversight throughout our facilities.
Data Center Power
GSI's critical, redundant power infrastructure delivers seamless conditioned power. Our UPS Systems provide continuous backup power in the event of a power failure. Additionally, we maintain onsite fuel that can take over the load, with multiple fuel-vendor relationships in place for refueling in the unlikely case of long-term outages.
Data Center Security
GSI maintains strict access policies at each of our data center facilities, requiring all visitors to pass through multiple levels of security. Our data center security features include:
- Required key card access and positive ID authentication
- Extensive video surveillance with motion-activated DVR capture and retention
- Onsite facilities security team for 24x7 monitoring, management and accessibility
