GSI's SystemView Monitoring Service
You can rest assured, knowing that GSI's SystemView monitoring service works around the clock to provide continual operation of your servers. Included with GSI's Essential and Optimal System Administration, the service features 24x7 remote monitoring of your critical servers, applications and business processes. With SystemView, you can receive custom alerts via email or a text message to your mobile phone.
As part of the service, GSI will handle the first response to the alerts, and work according to our documented remediation and escalation procedures to bring your systems into service immediately.
If you use GSI's Optimal System Administration services, your ServerHeroes® team provides detailed performance analyses of the SystemView data to help avoid capacity and scalability issues.
SystemView can monitor more than 100 parameters, including the following:
- Storage (disk) capacity
- Memory utilization
- CPU utilization
- Service/application availability
- File system integrity
- Error log monitoring
- Application log monitoring
- Business process monitoring
SystemView does require agent monitoring software to be installed on each monitored system, and access by GSI's staff for the configuration and remediation of the alerts for your SystemView installation.
