Web Application Firewall (WAF)

If you use GSI's CompliantHost services, you can add on GSI's Web Application Firewall (WAF) to help keep your website and/or Web applications out of harm's way. Our WAF complies with PCI DSS requirement 6.6, an important mandate from the payment card industry to protect Web applications exposed to the public Internet. GSI's Web Application Firewall (WAF) achieves this by providing content-based firewall protection for your website against potential intrusions, such as SQL injection, buffer overflow attacks, malware attacks and cross-site scripting vulnerabilities.
