Service Quality Framework (SQF)
Combined with GSI's ServerHeroes® support and monitoring of your solution, GSI's Service Quality Framework (SQF) proves invaluable in taking care of potential issues before they turn into problems. Available for clients using Optimal-level managed services, the SQF details the business objectives of your hosted services and defines exactly how your GSI services align with those objectives. This all-encompassing documentation identifies business processes supported by IT systems and how issues with these systems should be remediated and/or escalated. As a result, if a business-impacting situation happens to arise with any solution component, GSI has the solution detail readily available, and is able to quickly and accurately respond.
